Callum Hudson-Odoi, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and John Stones have returned to the England squad after recovering from injury.

Gareth Southgate has named 27 players in his selection for the last two UEFA EURO 2020 qualifying matches, in which England will play Montenegro in their 1000th international on Thursday 14th November and away in Kosovo the following Sunday.

There’s no place for Michael Keane after his calamitous performances in recent England games. Aaron Wan-Bissaka and Kyle Walker miss out at right back.

Fikayo Tomori and James Maddison retain their spots and will be looking for their first senior caps in one of these two matches.

Jack Grealish had looked set to join them before picking up a knock - the Aston Villa midfielder will have to wait a little longer for his recognition.
